To set one of the pictures as your Windows backdrop, click the
resolution your Windows is set for next to the small picture.
After the full size picture loads, right click on it and select
"Set As Background" or "Set as Wallpaper".
Note that these pictures will look best if your Windows display
is set for 24 or 32 bit (truecolor). The colors may not look correct
if your display is set for 8 or 16 bit. You must have your display set
for 24 or 32 bit when you download the picture, or the colors won't
look correct. When you change your display settings, you may need to
download the backdrop again.
New backdrops will be available in 1280 x 1024 (standard screen) and
1440 x 900 (wide screen) resolutions, and will added as they become available.
If your resolution is not 1280 x 1024 or 1440 x 900, you may need to set
Windows to scale the image ("Stretch" in your Windows backdrop properties).
Right click on an empty area of your desktop, and select "Properties" on
the menu that pops up. The Display Properties window will open, select the
"Desktop" tab, then set the Position to "Stretch".
